I’m Helen, an architectural designer passionate about creating spaces that inspire, connect, and endure. With over a decade of experience in residential design, I am here to guide you through each stage of the design and submission process.
My work blends thoughtful design with functionality. I believe architecture should tell a story, respond to its surroundings, and enhance the way we live and interact.
From initial concept to detailed execution, I collaborate closely with clients, engineers, and builders to bring visions to life. I’m particularly drawn to sustainable design I am always seeking new ways to innovate and improve the built environment.
I understand how hard it can be to visualise a space, I use a range of techniques to illustrate a design including, clear dimensioned plans & elevations, 3D visuals & interior layout plans.
Our Services
Measured Site Survey
We will start by arranging a site measure to provide an accurate set of existing plans & elevations. These plans will then be used to base the design proposals from.
Planning Applications
Produce documents & drawings for approval to include existing & proposed floor plans & elevations, location & block plans.
Planning application submission, monitor the progress of the application and liaise with the appointed planning officer where necessary.
If your project doesn’t require planning and can be done through permitted development, we recommend submitting an application for a “Lawful Development Certificate” (LDC). This confirms that the work is lawful and no planning consent is required.
Building Regulations Approval
Detailed technical drawings to include proposed floor plans, elevations, sections & details.
Prepare construction notes.
Integrate external consultants design (e.g structural engineer).
We’ll submit technical information and drawings to Building Control for approval.
